Assembly Technician - 2nd Shift

• Assemble units according to drawings, quality standards, and safety procedures
• Read and follow assembly drawings and instructions
• Use hand and pneumatic tools such as impact guns, pliers, and wrenches
• Perform frame and casing assembly
• Complete A-Coil assembly and wiring routes
• Perform sub-assembly mating and final assembly tasks
• Identify and report defective or incorrect parts
• Record completed work and production processes
• Move between multiple workstations throughout the shift

Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn

Strong attendance and reliability

Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Commitment to safety and proper PPE usage

Mechanical aptitude or assembly experience is a plus

2nd Shift Monday-Thursday: 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM

Fridays and Saturdays are currently mandatory overtime on the same shift schedule.

This is a hands-on manufacturing role in a large plant environment. Final assembly takes place outdoors on the dock where large units are staged for cranes and truck loading.

This is an outdoor position and employees should be comfortable working in varying weather conditions and temperatures.

You'll spend your day moving, standing, assembling, and working as part of a team to deliver a quality finished product.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grenada, MS.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
