Assembly Technician
Join our dynamic team where you will perform various tasks to assemble units in compliance with dimensional drawings, safety requirements, and quality standards. You will work with a variety of tools and move around to different workstations, contributing to the assembly process from casing and wiring to sub-assembly mating.
Responsibilities- Assemble units according to dimensional drawings and safety requirements.
- Utilize tools such as pneumatic impact, pliers, and wrenches.
- Move between workstations to perform tasks as instructed by the group leader.
- Handle casing and wiring, sub-assembly mating, and recognize and report errant parts.
- Record completed processes accurately.
- Proficiency in assembly and use of hand tools.
- Ability to read and follow provided drawings.
- General labor skills and ability to use a tape measure.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must be flexible and adaptable to change.
- Team-oriented with initiative to learn.
- Ability to repetitively lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attendance and positive attitude.
- Compliance with PPE requirements.

Work EnvironmentWork in a large plant environment that is non-temperature controlled. Be prepared to stand and walk for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and stoop as needed. This is an outdoor role, literally out in the elements, with final assembly taking place on the dock for crane and truck loading. The position is on the 2nd shift, Monday to Thursday from 3 PM to 1 AM, with mandatory shifts on Friday and Saturday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grenada, MS.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
