Assembly Technician
Join our team as an Assembly Technician, where you will be responsible for assembling units in compliance with dimensional drawings, safety requirements, and quality methods. You will utilize various tools and equipment to perform your duties and ensure each task is completed with precision.
Responsibilities- Perform tasks as instructed by the group leader to assemble units.
- Follow dimensional drawings and safety requirements.
- Utilize tools such as pneumatic impacts, pliers, and wrenches.
- Rotate between several workstations.
- Engage in casing and wiring tasks.
- Mate sub-assemblies correctly.
- Identify and report any defective parts.
- Record completed processes.
- Proficiency in assembly work.
- Experience with hand tools.
- Ability to read and interpret tape measures.
Skills & Qualifications

- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.
- Excellent attendance record and positive attitude.
- Mandatory use of assigned PPE.

Work EnvironmentWork in a large, non-temperature-controlled plant environment. Be prepared to stand, walk for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs. This outdoor role requires working from 5 am to 3 pm, Monday to Thursday, with mandatory shifts on Friday and Saturday. The final assembly occurs on the dock to facilitate loading by cranes and trucks.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grenada, MS.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
