Aerotek - - Responsibilities:
Assemble flare tube extensions, return bends, headers, manifold components, and copper hookup parts into coils according to blueprints and coil prints;
Set up workstations and brazing setups to support production;
Braze components using an oxygen-acetylene torch with BCUP 5 braze rod and Stay-Silv brazing flux;
Read blueprints and coil prints to verify dimensions and alignment;
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area in a large plant
