Responsibilities
  • Provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth settings and meet patient volume goals for telehealth and in-patient care as determined.
  • Lead clinic staff (e.g., X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, Front Office Specialists) in delivering excellent patient care and provide guidance to ensure quality professional services and patient satisfaction.
  • Discuss and review patients’ medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications; ask situation-specific questions to formulate accurate diagnoses.
  • Engage with clinical leadership and elevate to management where appropriate to ensure strong patient care and resolution of concerns in line with company values.
  • Meet patient volume goals targeted for telehealth and in-patient care as determined; ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner.
  • Build and maintain confidence and credibility with all employees; implement clinical and Telehealth protocols as outlined by the CMO and Supervising Physicians.
  • Analyze and interpret patients’ histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
  • Deliver excellent patient care through in-patient and virtual diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations with attention to patient-centric care, safety, cost, and accuracy of information.
  • Ensure activities are conducted in compliance with department expectations and Federal/State regulations, including HIPAA and health information management considerations.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced, autonomous environment within both in-patient clinic and virtual settings.
  • Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests and responsibly prescribe medications; educate patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Adhere to standard NP protocols and participate in mandatory meetings and E/M training.
  • Complete mandatory compliance training and adhere to Core Values of teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, and friendliness.
  • Contribute ideas to improve patient experience and care; communicate regularly within the team to support excellent patient care.
  • Support new employee onboarding and training; assist with learning activities, training, and shadowing opportunities.
  • Maintain professional relationships with employees and clients; promote a respectful culture of confidentiality and positive work relationships.
