Security Officer Unarmed Driver Patrol

Pay Rate: $14.50 / Hour

Job Schedule: Day Time Wed 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM
Thu 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM
Sun 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, loading and unloading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and traffic flow for personnel, visitors, and/or delivery drivers, assisting with entry and exit procedures and reporting concerns according to post instructions.
• Support daily operations by observing for policy violations, equipment issues, and/or suspicious behavior, then reporting findings and completing required activity logs and incident reports.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
