Part Time Pay Rate: $14.50 / Hour
Job Schedule:
- Wed: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
- Thur: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
- Fri: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and reporting requirements.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, warehouse areas, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor access points, verify authorized entry for personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers, and maintain accurate visitor and incident documentation.
- Observe loading dock and distribution operations for unusual activity, report hazards or operational concerns to appropriate site contacts, and support a professional environment for all occupants.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
