Wiring Technician in Grenada, MS

Join our manufacturing team and help build high-quality HVAC chiller and control products. As a Wiring Technician, you will wire and test electrical control panels using wiring diagrams and detailed work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire electrical control panels for chiller and control products following schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions.
• Install components such as circuit breakers, relays, power supplies, and PLCs.
• Route and secure wiring neatly to ensure proper function, serviceability, and compliance with safety standards.
• Conduct quality checks and functional testing to verify correct operation before installation.
• Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions to assemble and test panels and systems.
• Diagnose and resolve wiring, component, or control issues.
• Perform pressure testing, evacuation, and charging as part of the testing process.
• Test electrical components to confirm proper function and compliance with specifications.

Essential Skills

• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Any hands-on wiring experience is valuable.

This role is based in a large, non-temperature-controlled plant environment where you work on the production floor around industrial equipment and chiller systems. The environment is fast-paced and production-oriented, with a strong emphasis on safety, organization, and adherence to procedures.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grenada, MS.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
