Industrial Maintenance Technician (1st Shift)
Location: Grenada, MS
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a dependable and skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations in Grenada, Mississippi. This first-shift position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.

Responsibilities- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems.
- Diagnose equipment issues and complete repairs to minimize production downtime.
- Install, maintain, and repair motors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, belts, and other industrial equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Perform basic PLC troubleshooting (preferred but not required).
- Complete maintenance work orders and accurately document repairs.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred.
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with electrical troubleshooting experience.
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, and industrial machinery.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, precision measuring instruments, and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment that includes standing, bending, climbing ladders, and occasional confined spaces.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- PLC troubleshooting experience.
- Welding and fabrication experience.
- Knowledge of injection molding or plastics manufacturing equipment.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS software.
- Stable, full-time employment
