HVAC Technician
The role involves working with HVAC products to determine all aspects of unit performance. The HVAC Technicians will be required to report on specific unit types through performance testing and provide accurate test reports.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Contribute to risk assessments and health and safety investigations.
- Participate in noise tests and quality investigations.
- Handle all aspects of testing requirements, including refrigeration performance testing, and electrical component testing.
- Conduct mechanical and electrical installations.
Essential
Skills:
- Mechanical and hand tool proficiency.
- Knowledge of HVAC and HVAC electrical systems.
- Experience in mechanical assembly and power tool usage.

Work Environment:
The role is based in a large plant environment that is not temperature-controlled. Employees are expected to stand and walk for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs (non-repetitive), and stoop.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grenada, MS.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
