CDL-A OTR Truck Drivers Run 21 Home 7-100% No Touch-$90-$112K/Yr (Full Time)

CDL-A OTR Truck Drivers interested in earning $90-$112K per year while working 40 weeks and off 12 weeks (9 months on, 3 months off) running no-touch freight.

We are 100% no-touch freight and 85% drop-and-hook.

• All trucks are on average 18 months old and come with a fridge, microwave, inverter, APU, flat screen TV, and XM radio. Trucks are Freightliners, K‑W, or International.

• Drivers will run the following states: IL, IN, KY, WV, MI, OH, PA, NJ, TN, DE, MD, VA, CT, RI, MA, NC, SC, GA, and TN. No service in NY.
• At the end of each 21‑day run, drivers park at a company facility in OH, PA, or NC. The company pays for flights home and back. Trucks are not slip‑seated while drivers are away.

• Starting pay ranges from $0.67 to $0.72 CPM based on experience and hazmat qualification.

• Full benefits start after 60 days and include bonus, PTO, medical, dental, 401(k), and more.

• Must have 12 months OTR experience in the last 15 months, with at least 2 months driving in the Northeast or Upper Midwest during December, January, or February (I‑40 across country does not count).
• No DOT preventable recordable accidents in the last 5 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years, none major (includes personal and commercial).
• No more than 2 incidents overall, and total moving violations plus accidents must not exceed 3.
• No major moving violations (e.g., 15+ MPH, reckless, lane violation) in the last 3 years.
• No DUI in the last 8 years, and only one DUI in a lifetime.
• Cannot have failed or refused a DOT drug or alcohol test regardless of how long ago it occurred.
• All felonies and misdemeanors must be 10 years old.
