A leading company in the watch industry, Estima AG, is seeking a Sales Manager with 5–10 years of experience in sales within the watch or precision components industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about watchmaking, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and will manage both new and existing client relationships. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, collaborating with technical departments, and organizing company events.

Fluency in French is required, and knowledge of English and German is advantageous.
