Job SummarySupports training and facilitation of collaborative and group learning opportunities offered by Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R). Serves as support to participating programs. Assists in the day-to-day operations of the collaborative opportunities. Works under limited supervision.
Essential DutiesEducation: High school diploma or GED
Experience/Training:- Minimum (3) years of experience providing administrative or program support functions
- Bilingual skills with fluency in English and Spanish or Russian
- Experience providing basic education, training, or technical assistance services
- Experience with basic event or training coordination
- Proficiency with technology such as Zoom, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, shared documents.
- Experience working with diverse backgrounds of the College's community, demonstrated commitment to promoting access and diversity
Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered on a year for year basis.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience working with Oregon Center for Career Development and the Oregon Registry
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Must be enrolled in the Oregon Central Background Registry prior to beginning employment and enrollment must be maintained throughout employment
- Must complete required Department of Early Learning and Care Self-Study Trainings within 30 days of hire

This position is a flexible office-hybrid position requiring some in-person meetings, appointments or training. Work is sometimes performed in an emotional and stressful environment. As necessary to meet workload demands, works outside of typical schedule, including evening/weekend hours. Work may require travel to off-campus locations.
Salary PlacementInitial salary placement will be based on years of relevant full-time equivalent experience at the sole discretion of the College, per the guidelines in the Collective Bargaining Agreement and in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws. Please include all relevant full and part-time experience (including unpaid and volunteer experience) in your application that you want the College to review towards potential placement.
