What You'll Do
  • Carry out routine maintenance services including oil and filter changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections
  • Check and adjust tire pressure; mount and balance tires as needed
  • Inspect belts, hoses, filters, and other components to identify wear or potential issues
  • Flag additional service needs to advisors to ensure customers receive complete care
  • Follow Ford manufacturer guidelines and dealership service standards on all work performed
  • Keep the service bay clean, organized, and compliant with safety requirements
  • Pitch in with general shop duties to keep the team running smoothly
What We're Looking For
  • Prior experience in automotive maintenance or a dealership service environment required
  • Careful attention to detail and dedication to doing the job right the first time
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the automotive field
  • Ability to stay focused and productive in a busy, high-volume shop
  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented work ethic
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
