Service Advisor

Job Responsibilities Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service

Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet the department's sales forecast

Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request

Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes

Ensure the customer has a positive dealership experience

Service Advisor Qualifications1-3 years of automotive service advising experience

Dealership experienceA strong work ethic and good work history

Communication Skills Corporate Hiring Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older & have a clean driving record with a valid driver’s license, be able to pass a criminal background check, and a pre-employment drug testing.
