Our service department is fast‑paced, high‑volume, and customer‑focused, and we’re looking for a professional, energetic Service Advisor to join our team.

• Greet customers and assist with their service needs in a professional, courteous manner.
• Listen and communicate effectively to understand vehicle concerns and maintenance requests.
• Write repair orders and ensure accurate documentation of concerns, recommendations, and work performed.
• Provide service estimates and explain work needed clearly and honestly.
• Coordinate with technicians and monitor the status of ongoing repairs.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Promote additional service opportunities based on vehicle needs and history.
• Close repair orders and handle payment transactions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage future business.

Pay Range: $7,500–$10,000 per month.

• Previous service advisor or automotive service experience required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
• Basic automotive knowledge;
  Hyundai experience is a plus.
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check, and a pre‑employment drug screen.
