The Cabin Counselor at YMCA of Columbia Willamette oversees a designated group of campers, ensuring safety, well‑being, and a positive cabin experience through constant supervision, inclusive activities, and mentoring.
You must be 18+, pass YMCA background checks, and hold or obtain CPR/AED and First Aid certifications. Preferred qualifications include prior work with youth, completion of Counselor in Training, and experience with outdoor activities such as archery or team games.
