Job Responsibilities Greet customers in a prompt and professional manner upon arrival
Accurately document customer concerns and recommend necessary services
Communicate effectively with technicians and parts staff to coordinate repairs
Provide timely updates to customers regarding the status of their vehicles
Review completed work with customers and ensure satisfaction before vehicle delivery
Help maintain service department goals and customer satisfaction standards
Service Advisor Compensation & Benefits Pay range: $5000.00 to $8000.00, depending on experience

Service Advisor Qualifications Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role preferred

Corporate requirements:
Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check, and a pre-employment drug screen.
