Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to deliver exceptional guest experiences at the front desk. You will handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, payments, and daily paperwork, while maintaining a clean lobby and front desk area.
You will also respond to guest requests, resolve issues using the Make it Right process, and promote ESA value to convert inquiries into reservations.
