As a Guest Services Communications Team Member, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our guests, providing friendly, timely, and accurate support by phone, email, and online service tickets. You'll assist with season passes, lessons, programs, online accounts, and ticketing questions while working closely with Guest Services, Programs, and Lift Operations to ensure every guest receives exceptional service.
This is a fast-paced role that blends customer service, communication, technology, and problem-solving in a collaborative mountain environment. While your primary focus will be supporting guests through our communication channels, you'll also have opportunities to assist with front-line point-of-sale operations when needed. This is a full-time, seasonal position
Qualifications & Experience- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Strong guest service and communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Windows-applications
- Previous guest service experience
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business
- Previous experience in a call center environment
- Experience with RTP or similar POS system
- Familiarity with Jira Service Desk, Mitel, or Confluence
- Starting Wage: $19.40 - $23.72 hourly
