The Raymond Love Agency is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Gresham, Oregon.

The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is a full time position working at our office.

• Assists customers with their bills, telephone inquiries, mail requests and other services as needed
• Order policies and request endorsements from the company as required
• Policy verification assistance
• Updating Certificates of Insurance
• Offering additional products to ensure customers have good insurance
• Provides solutions and resolves issues for clients in a timely and effective manner
• Prepare quotes and proposals for producers to give to clients and maintain client files
• Quickly enter client information into agency management system
• Gathers data for proposals and applications, reconciles and verifies policy information to ensure information is accurate on application
• Work with clients to assist in claim problems process endorsements and proof of coverage, including certificates of insurance

• Education:
  
  High School or higher
• Proficient data entry skills.
• Must be organized and have good time management skills
• Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Adobe, Outlook, and also can quickly learn new programs
• Must be detail oriented with a strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be a self-starter

• Ability to work independently to plan, set priorities and organize work
• Demonstrated sales and customer service experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated analytical skills
• Experience with PC software applications (Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Explorer, etc.)
• Experience using a wide range of digital devices such as smartphones, tablets, and laptop computers
• Experience with social media platforms, including, but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, You Tube, Instagram, Google+, Linked In, etc.
• Ideally has their Property and Casualty license. Must acquire within 2 weeks of job offer, we pay to train and take exam.
