Job Responsibilities
**** Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
* Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet the department's sales forecast
* Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request
* Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
* Ensure the customer has a positive dealership experience

*** Service Advisor Qualifications
**** 1-3 years of automotive service advising experience
* Dealership experience
* A strong work ethic and good work history
* Communication Skills
* Corporate Hiring Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older & have a clean driving record with a valid driver’s license, be able to pass a criminal background check, and pass a pre-employment drug test.
