Skills and Experience:
- Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from a pre‑doctoral dentistry program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation of the American Dental Association or the Commission on Dental Accreditation of Canada.
- Active state license, with a minimum of a valid DEA number and current CPR certification for Washington and Oregon providers.
- Oregon providers must also have at least a Nitrous Oxide Permit (Permit required within 60 days of hire).
- Demonstrated ability to utilize evidence‑based dentistry to recognize symptoms and identify treatment alternatives for diseases, injury, malformations, and desired esthetic enhancements of teeth and gums, and related oral structures.
- Proven ability to recommend preventive health care measures. Understanding of principles and processes for providing customer services.
- Proven ability to coordinate, supervise, or manage the activities of others to accomplish goals.
- 1–3 years of practice experience or completion of GPR or AEGD training.
