Education:

- Experience: 1- 3+ years of clinical chairside dental assisting experience OR a graduation certification from an accredited dental assistant school.
- Certifications: Active BLS/CPR certification.

Familiarity with modern practice management software (experience with Open Dental is a major plus). - Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills, clear and honest communication style, and a gentle, compassionate approach to patient care.

- Safety & Compliance: This position is safety-sensitive; a pre-employment drug screening is required. We strictly follow all CDC, OSHA, and ADA guidelines to maintain a safe environment.
- Chairside Excellence: Provide high-quality four-handed chairside assistance to our dentists during general and cosmetic procedures.
- Patient Comfort: Deliver a gentle, judgment-free patient experience, ensuring our Gresham community members feel completely safe and welcomed.
- Clinical Flow: Efficiently prepare, sterilize, and turn over instruments and treatment rooms according to strict infection control protocols.
