- 1–3+ years of clinical chairside dental assisting experience or graduation certification from an accredited dental assistant school.
- Active BLS/CPR certification.
- Familiarity with modern practice management software (Open Dental is a major plus).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, clear and honest communication style, and a gentle, compassionate approach to patient care.
- A positive attitude, team‑first mindset, and alignment with our mission to provide high‑quality, family‑focused care.
- Pre‑employment drug screening required; must comply with CDC, OSHA, and ADA guidelines.
- Provide high‑quality four‑handed chairside assistance during general and cosmetic procedures.
- Deliver a gentle, judgment‑free patient experience, ensuring patients feel safe and welcomed.
- Prepare, sterilize, and turn over instruments and treatment rooms according to infection‑control protocols.
- Collaborate with front office and clinical staff to keep daily scheduling running smoothly.
