  Continue developing clinically through CE
• Maintain high standards of care and compliance

• DDS or DMD from an accredited program
• Active Oregon license (or eligibility)
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Experienced providers and recent graduates both welcome—mentorship and structured support available for all levels
• CPR, DEA, and other required certifications
