Roles at a Glance
Trackers offers a variety of educator employment opportunities. We encourage candidates to apply for any and all Seasonal positions that match their availability and interest, as roles are limited and competitive.
Guide As a Guide, you work directly with youth programs. You teach real skills-like stealth, shelter-building, tracking, and craft-with humor, grit, and care. Out in the field, it's you and your group, making magic happen. $21.50 to $23.50 per hour
Coordinator Guide You lead, manage, and mentor both kids and staff, ensuring program safety, flow, and fun. Coordinators hold the line-bringing strategy, leadership, and support across every camp day. $1542/week for the Summer Season.
Specialist (Field Mentor) This is not a generalist role. Specialist Guides are experienced practitioners who lead in one focused area-ceramics, woodworking, bushcraft, hunter safety, paddle sports, and more. $22.50-$28.50/hour. Part-Time Summer Season.
About Compensation
All compensation rates are effective Summer 2026. Required training is paid at Washington minimum wage. Pay for Guides and Coordinators starts at the base rate of the posted range, with increases based on our formal pay bump rubric, including certifications and returning summer seasons. Specialist pay varies by instructional depth and program demand. Full compensation details are available at:
