Job Overview
The Emerging Affluent Regional Lead manages a team of licensed advisors in the West region. The segment is branded as Wealth Connect and focuses on clients with less than $250k in investable assets.
Responsibilities- Lead and develop the Wealth Connect Advisors in your region.
- Grow market share of emerging affluent clients in the West region.
- Collaborate with other lines of business, market and region leaders to raise awareness and generate referrals.
- Supervise the day‑to‑day activities and performance of the advisors reporting to you.
- Drive coaching, training and performance management to ensure client satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
- FINRASIE, Series7, Series
63 and Series
24 licenses. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 10+ years of investment experience, preferably in wealth, with at least five years in a managerial capacity.
- Thorough knowledge of securities markets and investment products.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge of wealth business and U.S.Bank products and services.
- Expertise in consumer credit and principal supervision.
- Strong leadership, strategic management and coaching abilities.
- Excellent presentation and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
- Diplomacy, tact and people skills.
