As a PT- owned organization , we are committed to supporting clinicians to provide the highest quality patient care. This means…

  • Realistic productivity goals

Clinic Environment

This clinic offers a well-established, community-centered environment with a strong foundation in orthopedic and manual therapy excellence. The space includes four private treatment rooms, a dedicated gym, and a blended schedule structure with 40-minute morning treatments and 60-minute evaluations. Leadership prioritizes flexibility and sustainability, ensuring clinicians have the autonomy to shape schedules and maintain vibrant lives outside of work.

This is an ideal opportunity for a clinician looking to deepen both clinical expertise and professional influence. The team includes advanced orthopedic and manual therapy credentials (CMPT, OCS, ASTYM), creating a strong mentorship foundation for refining clinical reasoning and hands‑on skills. There is meaningful opportunity to build specialty niches particularly in pelvic health and balance/vestibular while also stepping into mentorship, teaching, and expanded leadership responsibilities .

The clinic treats a broad outpatient orthopedic population with a diverse mix of diagnoses, making it an engaging setting for clinicians who value variety and advanced manual therapy practice. Patients are active and connected within the local community, including strong ties to regional running and endurance groups. This variety allows clinicians to build both depth and versatility while making a lasting impact in a well-respected, established clinic.
