Job Overview
The KARE app connects caregivers with senior living communities that need support. This role involves providing daily care and medication assistance to residents in various communities across the United States.

• Provide residents with medication administration and treatment assistance following healthcare provider orders.
• Supervise residents who self‑administer medication while adhering to community and regulatory guidelines.
• Report any changes in residents' physical condition and/or behaviors.
• Maintain resident records related to medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations.
• Assist with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort services, and other activities of daily living as needed.
• Follow the schedule of residents' needs set out by a supervisor.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Inform supervisors of any resident issues or concerns.
• Maintain a safe working environment by preventing accidents, preserving equipment, and adhering to safe practices.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co‑workers.

• Requires a CMA license.
• Ability to lift at least 51 lbs on a regular basis and assist residents requiring physical support.
• Fluently read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• May require experience caring for residents with memory impairment if assigned to memory care areas.
