Sapphire Health Services is currently seeking a dedicated Med Tech to join our team and uphold our commitment to excellence.

A Medical Technician (Med Tech) will play an essential role in delivering compassionate care to residents within a community-based care setting. This position involves providing direct care, administering medications, monitoring patient health, and supporting overall wellness. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, a compassionate approach, and a commitment to high-quality care.

Responsibilities include maintaining patient confidentiality, fostering a supportive, compassionate environment for our residents and their families, medication administration, reporting changes in residents' conditions to appropriate team members, assistance with daily living, care coordination, documentation, emergency response, family communication, compliance, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, previous experience in a healthcare setting, ability to work independently and as part of a team, patience, empathy, good organizational and time-management skills, ability to perform physical tasks, and ability to pass a background check.
