Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating, personal care, and hygiene
  • Communicate with other healthcare staff and department personnel; convey information concerning resident’s condition and maintain written records and documentation as required
  • Maintain communication with residents, their families, support personnel, etc., to assure that residents’ needs are continually met
Qualifications
  • Compassionate, patient, and kind; have a heart for working with senior adults
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
