Program Lead – Lead Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Full-Time
Location: Gresham, Oregon
Pay: $22.25–$23.25 per hour (DOE)

Community Access Services (CAS) is hiring a full-time Program Lead in The Dalles to provide hands‑on support while helping lead the day‑to‑day operations of a residential program serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

As a Program Lead, you'll continue providing direct support while helping ensure the success of the home.
Responsibilities include:

- Supporting community outings, appointments, recreation, employment, and personal goals
