Position OverviewBring your passion for hospitality and leadership to Mt. Hood Meadows, where you'll help create exceptional guest experiences while supporting and developing a high-performing team. As a Guest Services Supervisor, you'll play a key role in leading front-line operations and creating memorable experiences for both our guests and team members.
You'll lead and support front-line teams across one or more Guest Services locations, ensuring exceptional service, efficient operations, and a positive team culture. You'll coach and develop employees, coordinate daily operations, assist with scheduling and staffing, and provide guidance through guest recovery situations. Working closely with department leadership, you'll help ensure our teams have the training, tools, and support needed to deliver outstanding service every day.
This is a dynamic leadership role for someone who enjoys developing people, solving problems, and making decisions in a fast-paced mountain environment. This is a full-time, seasonal position
Qualifications & Experience- Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume guest-facing environment
- Strong guest service and guest recovery skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Windows-based applications
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Minimum age 18
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Must successfully pass a background check
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business
- Previous experience in a role that involved supervising team, conflict resolution, and/or mentoring peers
- Experience with RTP or similar POS system
- Experience creating How-To guides or knowledge base documentation
- Starting Wage: $21.83 - $26.68 hourly
