While working within a team setting or alone, responsible for efficient and timely processing of screen printed and coated materials to the decorative lay-up and continuous laminator areas.

Responsible for the continuing operation of production and support equipment throughout the facility, including framing and construction work, boiler, pneumatic, hydraulic, refrigeration, and HVAC systems. Must incorporate a proactive, predictive approach to downtime elimination.

• Good interpersonal communication, customer service, and time management skills essential.
• Ability to read, write and understand English required.
• Physical ability to hear, to see, to engage in repetitive motion of hands and wrists, some lateral movement of body, some bending, twisting and climbing stairs, standing/walking 94% and sitting 6% of the working day.
• Lift up to 60 pounds independently.

• Pneumatic and hydraulic training or experience required.
• Fabrication experience required.
• Boiler operation and refrigeration training or experience a plus.
