Earn $17.50 Per Hour

• Flexible and Full‑Time schedules between 9:30 am and 6 pm (weekends until 5 pm)

• Own multiple locations and work independently inside and outside
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest solutions, including selling packing and moving supplies
• Inspect storage units daily to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready for rent
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits
• Help customers stay current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required

• Transport items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Walk and move through facilities, spending up to 50% of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks: sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal

Experience:

Successful candidates come from customer‑service centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies.

Transportation:
Must have a valid driver’s license and use own vehicle to travel between work locations or conduct other work‑related business (mileage reimbursement available).
