, you are responsible for sourcing, valuing, and acquiring used vehicles that match market demand and support a high-volume Toyota operation.

What You’ll Do (Your Daily Impact)
You’ll own the acquisition of pre-owned vehicles across multiple channels.
- Source vehicles through auctions, direct purchases, trade-ins, and local buy-backs
- Use market data and pricing tools to appraise vehicles accurately
- Negotiate purchases with professionalism and integrity
- Ensure titles, disclosures, and documentation are complete and compliant
- Evaluate vehicle condition, history reports, and reconditioning needs
- Partner with Sales and Management to align inventory mix with demand and turn goals
- Maintain inventory quality that supports Toyota’s reputation for value and reliability
- Other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking ForExperience helps. Judgment matters more.
- Background in used-car buying, appraisals, sales, inventory management, or auctions (preferred)
- Strong understanding of used-vehicle market trends and pricing tools
- Confident negotiation and decision-making skills
- High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Comfortable working with numbers, data, and digital platforms
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Auction experience is a strong plus.
