Escrow Officer / Branch Manager (Working Manager)

We are seeking a producing Escrow Officer / Branch Manager to lead our Gresham branch into its next chapter. This is a true working manager role where you'll lead the team while maintaining your own escrow pipeline, setting the tone for performance, accountability, and service.

• Manage a full pipeline of escrow transactions, including resale, refinance, and new construction
• Oversee daily branch operations with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
• Establish clear processes and expectations to drive consistency and accountability
• Lead, coach, and develop escrow staff to elevate performance and service delivery
• Identify operational gaps and implement improvements that streamline workflow and reduce risk
• Build and strengthen relationships with agents, lenders, and clients in the Gresham market

• Proven experience as an Escrow Officer (Oregon experience preferred)
