Senior Project Manager – Healthcare
Motus Recruiting and Staffing, Inc.
Base pay range: $60.00/hr - $70.00/hr, DOE
Work Model: 100% Remote (Must reside within OR, WA, , or UT)

Responsibilities- Lead large‑scale, complex projects and/or multiple concurrent initiatives from planning through delivery.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
- Ensure alignment between project objectives and organizational strategy.
- Proactively manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assemble and lead cross‑functional, multi‑disciplinary project teams; assign responsibilities and provide direction.
- Track project performance using defined metrics and proactively recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare and present project plans, status updates, and outcomes to leadership, stakeholders, and client groups.
- Partner with business sponsors and stakeholders to identify needs, evaluate solutions, and implement effective approaches.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise project management standards, methodologies, and governance.
- Mentor and develop project management skills in other project managers.
- Stay current on emerging project management tools, techniques, and methodologies, including Agile practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of progressive project and/or program management experience, including leadership of large‑scale initiatives.
- Proven success delivering projects on time, within budget, and in scope.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional, high‑performance teams.
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions.
- Experience with regulatory‑driven projects strongly preferred, including work tied to government mandates or other regulated environments such as finance or healthcare.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software.
- Familiarity with PMI standards and the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) is preferred.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid project management environments is preferred.
- Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) strongly preferred.
