Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society. The Security Account Manager position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by managing the security services and related operations provided to an assigned group of smaller accounts including client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision and training.
As a Security Account Manager you will be performing a variety of management functions for assigned accounts; while providing lead direction to Security Supervisors on requirements, priorities of work and coordinating any necessary needs of the site. If you have experience in positions like Operations Manager, Site Supervisor or Account Manager this role is a great fit for you.

What You Can Expect:
* Will manage over 12 officers and 4 supervisors.
* Serves as a key point of client contact to ensure the delivery of high quality customer service for assigned account; evaluates service quality and initiates any necessary corrective action in a timely manner.
* Meets regularly with client representatives for status updates; addresses any actual or potential problems; assists line management in negotiation of client contract; provides support during client start-up; supports security planning, assessments and surveys; reviews and updates post orders.
* Oversees, coordinates with line management, and participates in the recruitment, selection, orientation, training, development and retention of high caliber staff; acts to ensure that each staff member is treated with dignity and respect; plans, assigns, and directs work; coaches employees and carries out disciplinary actions, as necessary.
Basic Requirements:
* 18 years of age or older.
* High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
* Above average computer / technology skills needed.
* Impeccable customer service and team leadership skills needed.
* Must be able to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
* Must have great attention to detail.
* Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
* All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background + MVR investigation.
* 3 years of security leadership / management experience required.
