Service Manager

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee all daily service department operations
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop service advisors and technicians
  • Monitor department performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
  • Ensure excellent customer service and effective handling of customer concerns
  • Maintain manufacturer standards and dealership policies
  • Manage technician productivity, efficiency, and workflow
  • Review financial statements, budgets, and departmental reports
  • Collaborate with Parts, Sales, and dealership leadership to achieve overall business goals
  • Promote a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability and performance
Service Manager Qualifications
  • Previous automotive Service Manager or Fixed Operations leadership experience
  • Previous import OEM experience, preferably Honda.
  • Proven track record of driving service department profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities
  • Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
  • Experience analyzing KPIs, financial performance, and operational metrics
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with dealership management systems and service department software
Corporate requirements

Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
