Position: CNC Machine Repair Tech

Location: Gresham, OR

Pay: DOE (Depending on Experience)

Schedule: Full-time Day shift (flexibility depending on workload)

We are a growing industrial staffing and manufacturing support team that partners with top-tier fabrication and production facilities in the Portland metro area. We value skilled tradespeople who take pride in their work, think mechanically, and enjoy solving problems on the shop floor.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain CNC machinery (mills, lathes, press brakes, and related equipment)
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
• Work closely with operators and production teams to resolve machine issues quickly
• Document repairs, maintenance actions, and parts used
• Ensure machines are operating safely and efficiently

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience working with CNC machines in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read schematics, manuals, and technical documentation
• Basic hand and power tool proficiency
  
  Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

• Prior CNC machine maintenance or repair experience
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

• Experience with PLCs, servos, VFDs, and control systems
• Background in metal fabrication or machining
• Formal technical training or certifications
• Welding or fabrication repair experience
