We are hiring a General Production / Shipping Associate for a fast-paced automotive manufacturing facility in Gresham, OR. This role begins in shipping and receiving, supporting daily warehouse operations including unloading materials, organizing inventory, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

This is a long-term contract role with strong potential for permanent hire based on performance and business needs.

• Unload incoming shipments and materials from trucks
• Move and organize materials using hand dollies and manual equipment
• Place products into assigned warehouse rack locations
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory organization
• Follow safety procedures and standard work instructions at all times
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support production teams as needed across departments
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals

• First-day orientation begins at 7:00 AM
• Approximately 2-week training period
• Opportunity for cross-training in additional production areas
• Forklift certification available after training period (based on performance)

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Comfortable working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift, push, and move materials throughout the shift
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or production experience preferred

• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Must be available for full day shift schedule
• Must be available for mandatory Saturday overtime when scheduled

• $24.00/hour starting pay
• Consistent day shift schedule (no swing/night shift)
