You are a dedicated Volunteer Coordinator specializing in managing volunteer programs, engagement, and outreach for one of Habitat for Humanity's local ReStores. Your role involves collaborating closely with the Store Manager for daily operations and with the Volunteer Programs Team for program development and staff growth. Together, you work to ensure the successful implementation of volunteer initiatives and achieve programmatic goals.

You’ll be responsible for:- Manage volunteer profiles and review volunteer applications in Get Connected.
- Coordinate and participate in volunteer outreach efforts, including neighborhood networking and tabling events as needed.
- Audit volunteer hours, coordinate onboarding, and maintain an accurate database.
- Manage in-store volunteer recognition budget, under the supervision of the Store Manager.
