This position would be responsible for wound rounds and change of condition documentation.

The Assistant Director of Health Services (RN) partners with the Director of Health Services to oversee the clinical department of our Assisted Living/Memory Care facility
. This position will have a knowledge base of a geriatric population with complex medical needs and be able to provide support to the Health Services staff as needed.

• Work closely with facility Director of Health Services to ensure resident care needs are met
• Knowledge of and ability to follow policies, procedures, and state regulations
• Provide hands‑on nursing care during the course of the day when needed
• Assess the health conditions and needs of the residents upon move‑in and when a change of condition indicates assessment and/or as directed by the Director of Health Services
• The Assistant Director of Health Services (RN) will train, supervise, lead, and motivate their team
• Communicate with residents, staff, family members, etc. as needed
• Utilize standard precaution knowledge and infection control measures where required
• Provides on‑call guidance as needed by Health Services staff
• Other duties as assigned
