THE DIFFERENCE YOU WILL MAKE:

Plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operations of the Dietary Department Oversee the food service department and is responsible for the preparation and or directing of attractive nutritious meals to all residents of the community and supervising all food service personnel

Responsible for the purchase, receipt, storage, preparation of food for the community

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT CANDIDATE:

Experience managing a dining service department within the hospitality industry required

Knowledge and experience managing and applying kitchen sanitation and safety standards and methods

Knowledge of basic accounting and mathematical abilities to complete necessary reports

Compassionate, patient, and kind, and have a heart for working with senior adults

Must be at least 18 years of ageBe able to communicate in English If you have a heart to serve, a positive attitude, and the desire to learn & grow we would love to talk to you!
