Full‑time and part‑time associates are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) retirement savings plan after three (3) months of service. Full‑time employment offers eligibility for Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug, Life Insurance, Flexible Spending, Commuter Benefits, and Employee Assistance Programs beginning on the first of the month following 30 days of continuous employment.

• Provide excellent customer service and make the shopping experience fun and memorable
• Share your passion and product knowledge to help customers find the perfect items
• Process in‑store and online pick‑up transactions at checkout
• Maintain merchandising, pricing, signage, and sales floor replenishment standards
• Assist in processing freight and truck unloads as needed
• Contribute to a safe shopping environment

• Positive can‑do attitude and commitment to a collaborative, respectful, and adaptable culture
• Retail experience is a plus but not required
• Excellent communication and time‑management skills
• Ability to initiate conversations with customers
• Minimum age 16 years
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
