Tonkin Gresham Honda - Gresham, OR 97060
Salary Range: $5,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
Job Responsibilities
- Promptly and accurately assist technicians at the parts counter with parts needed for Honda service and repair orders
- Support fast-moving service operations with efficient parts fulfillment
- Manage online parts and accessories orders from intake to fulfillment, including shipping and customer communication
- Handle wholesale accounts, including taking phone orders, quoting prices, and building relationships with local repair shops
- Provide front counter support to walk-in retail customers, offering product knowledge and great service
- Receive, stock, and organize inventory with attention to accuracy and detail
- Monitor parts levels and help maintain accurate records of stock and movement
- Collaborate with the Parts Manager and team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Maintain a clean, professional, and organized workspace at all times
Tues-Sat, Full Time

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or automotive training a plus
- Previous experience in automotive parts, retail, or inventory management preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to assist both technicians and retail customers
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using computer systems for order entry, inventory management, and online sales
- Ability to lift and carry parts as needed and work on your feet for extended periods
Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check, and a pre-employment drug screen.
