** Available Schedules (based on business needs):  Saturday-Tuesday | 5am start  Thursday–Sunday | 5am start
**** A Day in the Life as a Merchandiser:
** Merchandisers play a key role in the success of Maletis Beverage. In this hands-on role, you’ll represent our brand in grocery stores by stocking, rotating, and organizing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while providing excellent customer service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, and being part of a supportive team.

Merchandisers are provided a company phone to track hours, mileage, and communicate with leaders and teammates.

* What You’ll Do:

*** Merchandise cases, bottles, and cans of beer and non-alcoholic beverages
* Travel using your personal vehicle to service major grocery chain accounts
* Move product from backstock or delivery pallets to shelves and displays
* Build and maintain product displays to increase sales
* Stock coolers, shelves, and floor displays
* Use manual equipment (pallet jack, hand truck, cart, U-boat)
* Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
* Accurately track time and mileage
* Communicate regularly with your Team Lead and Manager
* Provide professional, friendly customer service

* What We’re Looking For:

*** Must be 18 years of age or older
* Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a good driving record
* Comfortable using a smartphone and learning iOS/Microsoft apps
* Able to work independently and manage daily priorities
* Reliable, professional, and customer-focused
*
* Physical Requirements:

*** Lift/carry up to 45 lbs frequently
* Push/pull up to 100 lbs *(with the help of equipment)
** Stand and walk for most of the shift
* Bend, stoop, crouch, and regularly use hands and arms
