We are seeking motivated In-Home Sales Consultants who enjoy meeting homeowners, designing customized solutions, and closing deals. This is a high-income opportunity with unlimited commission potential for individuals who are driven, personable, and eager to grow with a rapidly expanding company.

• Meet with homeowners during scheduled in‑home consultations.
• Use our iPad‑based design software to create customized bathroom solutions.
• Present product options and provide clear, transparent pricing.
• Guide homeowners through the bathroom remodeling process.
• Build rapport, answer questions, and confidently close sales.
• Participate in weekly training sessions and team meetings.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous sales experience preferred (home improvement a plus).
• Confidence presenting solutions in customers’ homes.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and competitive.
• Professional appearance with a positive attitude.
• Reliable transportation for local appointments.

Unlimited Commission – 10% Commission Structure.
